However, I didn't get the option - implied in your message - of saving the program without installing. Make sure the stack of paper is aligned with the appropriate paper size lines on the front of the tray. I uninstalled the software and removed the devise, downloaded the software again and and reinstalled it. Insert the paper in portrait orientation and with the side to be printed facing down. I have followed your instructions as best I can.
